What’s Available for Pickup

Will-call gives you direct access to local inventory, so you can get material without waiting for shipping.

• Who picks up: You or an authorized carrier on your behalf

• What can be picked up: Any in-stock product, from spools that fit in a pickup truck to large reels that need commercial transport

• How it is quoted: Freight is removed from the equation. Your quote covers it all, so you only pay for the product itself.

How to Place a Will-Call Order

Getting started is simple:

1. Contact your Account Manager: Let them know you’d like to place a will-call order.

2. Confirm stock: They’ll verify what’s available and provide a pickup time.

3. Pick up your order: Check in at the Will-Call desk with your sales order number, and our team will verify and load your material.

For safety, our associates handle all loading. You can be in and out quickly while we take care of the heavy lifting.

Speed That Saves Time

Many will-call orders can be ready in as little as two hours. Larger requests may take up to a business day, and after-hours orders are typically available the next morning. If you’d like to plan ahead, we can also schedule pickups in advance.

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Emergency weekend pickups are also available.

Every order is checked carefully before it leaves our doors, so you can feel confident the right material will be waiting.
