The ribbon dropped, the crowd cheered, and DWC officially opened the doors to our new Columbus Distribution Center on August 20th! It was a day of celebration and connection as we came together with community members, partners, Ohio House Representatives, and the Canal Winchester Chamber of Commerce to mark this exciting milestone.

Our Team Made It Happen

Our team put in tremendous effort to get this facility ready, and their dedication shows in every corner of the building. From the planning stages to the final preparations, everyone stepped up to make this opening a success.

Serving Columbus and Beyond

We're already shipping orders from the new facility, and the response from local partners has been overwhelmingly positive.

“DWC’s expansion in Canal Winchester is a big win for the Columbus region,” said Mayor Joe Steager of Canal Winchester. “Their investment brings new jobs, strengthens our local economy, and reinforces Central Ohio’s role as a hub for growth in energy, manufacturing, and technology.”

Looking Ahead

This opening represents a major investment in DWC’s long-term growth, tripling our workforce, boosting capacity sevenfold, and positioning Columbus as a critical hub for powering the nation’s fast-growing data center, renewable energy, and manufacturing markets. It also reflects our commitment to creating new jobs, supporting local industry, and being an active part of the Columbus community. We’re grateful for the partnership with the Columbus Chamber and look forward to growing alongside this incredible community.

This is just the beginning of our journey in Columbus. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special day! Stay tuned as we continue to grow our presence in Columbus and support the industries driving America’s future.
