VP, Sales & Marketing
Keegan joined DWC as an intern, after earning his college degree in Marketing and Finance. Making significant contributions to multiple departments during his internship opened the door to a successful position on DWC’s Account Management team. Keegan’s ability to solve problems and forge lasting customer relationships spurred an ascension to his current role on the DWC leadership team. Keegan spends his free time in the Colorado mountains partaking in some backcountry snowboarding, hiking, biking, fishing or just hanging out with his wife and dogs.
VP, Data & Technology
Tyler joined DWC in 2011 while he was still in college earning a double major in business management and accounting. With his emphasis on operational management, growth, and optimization, he is constantly improving the way all departments work together to deliver DWC’s unique brand experience. Tyler explains, "Customer experience is a leading principle that drives how we think about success in operations. With that focus, we're always pushing to be able to deliver more value". Tyler is an avid skier, triathlete, and cyclist who fits in well among Colorado's active lifestyle environment.
Director of Marketing
Ted guides marketing and brand initiatives for our company, keeping customers informed and educated on DWC's wire & cable products and services. In his 20+ years as a B2B marketer, he understands the importance of solving customer challenges and "making wire & cable easy" for everyone involved. Ted routinely asks questions like "How can we make this more effective?" and "Does this bring value to our customers?" When Ted isn’t helping tell DWC's marketing story, he can be found on the mountain bike trails west of Denver and the backcountry snowboard zones of Vail Pass.
Director of Procurement & Global Supply Chain
A veteran of the electrical industry since 1996, Robert helped open DWC along with the founder of our company back in 2008. McCord travels all over the U.S., and around the globe, searching for the highest quality wire and cable products that deliver maximum value for DWC customers. Robert enjoys road cycling and spending quality time with family when he's not overseeing DWC's procurement and supply chain operations. "Seeing our company go from a scrappy startup to the amazing place that it is today has been one of the highlights of my career", explains McCord.
Director of Finance
Michael manages our accounting team and is involved in all aspects of DWC’s financial health. With an MBA and over 20 years of experience in the electrical, construction, manufacturing, and engineering industries, Michael knows the value of forging strong relationships with customers and suppliers. In college, Michael used his relentless work ethic to make the Fort Hays State football team as a walk-on where he played all four years as a wide receiver.
Director of Sales Operations
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Shawn manages the day-to-day operations of DWC’s sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences to our electrical distribution partners. As a seasoned vet of the electrical industry, Shawn understands that outstanding service plays a key role in our customer success. “Responsiveness, speed, product knowledge, and great communication are what DWC Account Managers are known for”, explains Shawn. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys cheering on his kids during a variety of youth sports activities and working toward becoming an expert skier.
Director of Operations
Sean brings over 20 years of supply chain experience and a commitment to efficiency and accuracy to our Ops team. Among the many things that he enjoys about his role, training and developing our logistics teams to perform at the highest industry standards is his favorite. When not ensuring that DWC’s nationwide network of cable distribution centers is running smoothly, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife, young daughter, and their family dog, Fonzie.
Director of Technology
As a company that has always looked to technology to help improve the customer experience, DWC relies on Alex to keep the innovative tools we use running smoothly. His inventive approach plays a key role in making specialty wire & cable easier to manage for electrical distributors. Alex’s focus on designing and implementing secure, simple, and seamless IT infrastructure plays a key role in DWC’s ability to deliver industry-leading value. When Alex isn’t designing networks or asking DWC staffers to “reboot their laptops”, he can be found fishing the local streams, hiking, snowshoeing, or taking in a Colorado Rockies game.
